- Device information (browser type, operating system, screen resolution)
- Usage data (pages visited, features used, session duration)
- IP address and approximate geographic location
- Cookies and similar tracking technologies (see Section 7)
1.3 AI Interaction Data
When you use our agentic AI products, we may collect:
- Inputs you provide to AI agents (text queries, uploaded documents, voice inputs)
- AI-generated outputs and interaction logs
- Feedback and ratings you provide on AI responses
AI interaction data is processed solely to deliver the service, improve model accuracy, and maintain audit trails where required by regulation.
2. How We Use Your Data
We use the information we collect for the following purposes:
- Service delivery — to operate, maintain, and improve our AI-powered products and platforms
- Communication — to respond to your enquiries, provide support, and send service-related notifications
- AI model improvement — to enhance the accuracy, relevance, and safety of our AI agents (using aggregated and anonymised data only)

3. AI-Specific Data Processing
Qverlabs builds and deploys agentic AI systems. The following principles govern how we handle data within these systems:
- Purpose limitation — AI agents process data only for the specific task they are designed to perform
- No unauthorised training — your personal data is not used to train general-purpose AI models without your explicit consent
- Human oversight — automated decisions that significantly affect you are subject to human review upon request
- Data minimisation — AI agents collect and retain only the minimum data necessary to complete a task
- Transparency — where our AI agents make recommendations or decisions, we clearly indicate that the output is AI-generated
4. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal data. We may share data with:
- Service providers — cloud hosting, payment processing, and analytics partners who process data on our behalf under strict contractual obligations
- Legal authorities — when required by law, regulation, or valid legal process
- Business partners — with your consent, where a third-party integration is part of the service you use

We retain personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes described in this policy, or as required by law. AI interaction logs are retained for a maximum of 24 months unless a longer period is required for compliance or contractual obligations. You may request deletion of your data at any time (see Section 6).

Under the DPDPA and other applicable data protection laws, you have the right to:
- Access — request a summary of the personal data we hold about you
- Correction — request correction of inaccurate or incomplete personal data
- Erasure — request deletion of your personal data, subject to legal retention requirements
- Withdraw consent — withdraw consent for data processing at any time, where consent is the basis for processing
- Grievance redressal — raise a complaint regarding data processing practices
- Nomination — nominate an individual to exercise your rights in the event of your death or incapacity

Our services are not directed at individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors. If we become aware that we have collected data from a minor without verifiable parental consent, we will take steps to delete it promptly.
